Tobago Retreat August 2006

KARIWAK, Tobago W.I.
August 2006

From the moment that we sat as a group in the ajoupa, I felt that everything that would come from the Retreat was already given. The potency of a Divine presence was energetically felt.

There was a deep stillness, peace and ease that was palpable and all this before "doing" any work. I guess it's Grace.

Grace was offered...

We came together through the course of five days to share a conscious practice including yoga postures, breath awareness, chanting and guided relaxation. This, only to allow our physicality to experience what we had already received at a soul level.

It was as though our bodies and personalities needed to catch up. In a way we were obliged to participate. The truth was that no outward movement was actually necessary. We had already received through the authenticity of our intent.

Those present felt a sacred transmission.

I radiate this Blessing to all of you.

Loving Kindness

Ann-Marie

I refuse to squelch my enthusiasm for Ann-Marie's work for fear of sounding like a groupie or fan! smiles...
As I shared in the ajoupa this time round, the word TRANSMISSION comes up for me. Something sacred and divine is transmitted through her presence.
It is not at all about mood making or imaging.
Her practical daily effort of treading her own inner path with integrity, manifests an example that serves others because it is one of sincere human endeavour.

Thank you to the guru without who has truth enough to point the student to the Beloved Guru within.

    Ever grateful,
    Joanne
